Take a lead role in following activities:
Delivering a consistent approach to all internal communications
Improving the way we listen to, communicate, engage and motivate staff
Improving the involvement of staff in shaping and influencing the direction of the organization
Making sure employees have a voice that is visibly listened to
Design and deliver all training, development, engagement initiatives with team, monitoring and evaluating as appropriate
Monitor financial budgets for training, development, engagement initiatives

熟练使用微软office、Photoshop或illustrator知识者优先
Highly motivated individuals who are creative, adaptable and enjoy solving challenging problems in the game industry
Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields
1-3 years of experiences in People Development and/or Engagement
Strong analytical skills and able to work well with cross-functional skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong people management, communication, and negotiation skills
Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and Thai
Proficient in using MS office, Photoshop or illustrator knowledge will be a plus
