工作职责：
1.负责在facebook group、reddit、quora、github、CSDN和其他区域/地方领先论坛上招募和激活荣誉粉丝和/或开发者。积极寻求平台增长机会。
2、与整合营销传播、公关、社交和产品团队协调，组织内容和活动，以建立社区，提升品牌和产品知名度，不断更新新产品和技术，制定跨平台宣传策略，最大限度地提高粉丝宣传。
3、与IT合作，完善荣誉俱乐部和myHONOR应用论坛功能建设。
4、监控并报告全球和本地论坛平台的增长情况，以及粉丝招募和参与进度。

1. Responsible for HONOR fans and/or developers recruitment and activation at facebook group, reddit, quora, github, CSDN and other regional/ local leading forums. Proactively pursuing opportunities for platform growth.
2. Coordinate with IMC,PR, social and product teams to organize contents and events to build community and boost brand and product awareness, stay updated on new products and technologies, develop cross-platform promotional strategies to maximize fans advocacy.
3. Collaborate with IT to improve HONOR club and myHONOR app forum function build.
4. Monitor and report on global and local forum platform growth and HONOR fans recruitment and engagement progress.

任职要求：
1、市场营销、通信或相关专业学士学位。必须具备英语沟通能力，双语者优先。
2、平台成功成长的良好记录
3.5年以上社区管理经验。体验论坛平台规划、参与内容开发和粉丝激活。
4、较强的沟通、多任务和解决问题的能力。
5、对技术的热情。

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. English communication is a must have, bilingual is preferred.
2. Proven track record of successful platform growth
3. 5+ years experience in community management. Experience forum platform planning, engaging content development and fans activation.
4. Strong communication, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
5. Passion at technology.
