-有良好的沟通和谈判技巧
-建立融洽关系的能力
-具有良好的时间管理和计划技能
-有客户支持经验者优先

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
-Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
-Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and Channel Partners

-Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
-Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
-Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
-Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and Channel Partners
-Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or equivalent
-Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
-Proven sales track record
-Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
-Proficiency in English
-Market knowledge
-Have good communication and negotiation skills
-Ability to build rapport
-Have good time management and planning skills
-Experience in customer support is a plus
