【北京】游戏本地化运营-有翻译经验优先
**主要职责**
*翻译和本地化游戏中的文本、用户界面和其他游戏字符串。
*根据需要，审查本地化供应商或本地化协调员完成的翻译，并向其提供语言反馈。
*协助其项目经理规划每个本地化项目，并在项目接收和完成时更新各种本地化过程文件。
*与翻译人员、开发人员和其他部门合作，确保副本符合原始源文本的精神和意图以及整个游戏方向
*在游戏开发的各个阶段保持本地化资产的一致性和质量
*分配的其他项目和职责
**Primary Responsibilities**
* Translate and localize in-game text, user interface, and other game strings.
* Review and provide linguistic feedback to a translation done by localization vendors or by Localization Coordinators as needed.
* Assist his/her PM in planning each localization project and updating various localization process documents as projects are received and completed.
* Collaborate with translators, developers, and other departments to ensure copy is in line with the spirit and intent of the original source text and overall game direction
* Maintain consistency and quality of localized assets during various stages of game development
* Additional projects and duties as assigned

**Preferred Experience and Skills**
* Game localization, translation, or video game industry experience
* Previous responsibility for localization of simultaneous multiple projects, providing insight and influence into how to execute and deliver more effectively.
* Experience with CAT (Computer-Assisted Translation) tools
* Passion for games and the business of supporting game production.
* Strong communication, diplomacy, and people management skills; ability to work across multiple business units and stakeholders.
