工作描述:
1、负责商户的价格分析、折扣设置、库存管理等相关操作。
2、制定各级商户品牌和品类维度的优先计划,监控新产品/畅销产品的推出,负责产品的曝光;
3、负责与其他多部门的活动、营销及资源整合;
4、定期对各品牌/品类的销售和库存进行数据分析,预测和优化销售,推动产品供需匹配;
5、商户日常运营监控与沟通、数据分析、营销活动资源协调、价格谈判,帮助商户实现销售增长;
6、通过产品准备/平台规则设置/培训等系统方法培育商户成长,提升商户运营能力;
7、对商户进行分类/分级管理,根据不同商户的主导品牌和类别,制定不同的运营策略和计划;
8、负责制定业务的整体战略发展和跟进,包括年度规划、运营计划等。;
9、商户日常订单履行情况跟踪,能够横向、跨部门完成合作,并获得结果;
Job description:
1. Responsible for the merchant's price analysis, discount setting, inventory management and other related operations.

6. Cultivate the growth of merchants through systematic methods such as products preparation/platform rules setting/training, and improve the operational capabilities of merchants;
7. Categorize/hierarchical management of merchants, formulate different operation strategies and plans according to the dominant brands and categories of different merchants;
8. Responsible for formulating the overall strategy development and follow-up of the business, including annual planning, operation plans, etc.;
9. The merchant's daily order fulfillment performance follow-up, can complete the cooperation horizontally and cross-departmentally, and get the results;
工作要求:
1、本科以上学历(优先),3年以上电子商务商户运营或商品运营工作经验;
2、熟悉电子商务行业相关品类的品牌模式、运营模式和经营理念,具有较强的解决和推广电子商务行业问题的能力;
3、熟悉相关行业的基本情况和趋势,了解产业带的基本情况、渠道分布、热销商品、消费结构和特点等,对市场、商品和消费趋势敏感;
4、对数据敏感,逻辑思维能力强,能熟练使用数据分析工具,能结合数据探索问题;
5、跨部门沟通协调能力强,取得成效的能力强;
中文优先,英语必须作为欧美国家的工作语言。
Job requirements:
1. At least bachelor degree or above (preferred), more than 3 years working experience in e-commerce merchants operation or merchandise operation;
2. Familiar with the brand pattern, operation model and business ideas of related categories in the e-commerce industry, and have a high ability to solve and promote problems in the e-commerce industry;
3. Familiar with the basic situation and trends of relevant industries, understand the basic situation of the industry belt, channel distribution, hot-selling merchandises, consumer structure and characteristics, etc., and be sensitive to market, merchandise and consumer trends;
4. Sensitive to data, have strong logical thinking ability, skillful use of tools for data analysis, and can combine data to explore problems;
5. Strong inter-departmental communication and coordination ability, strong ability to get results;
6. Chinese is a plus, and English must be used as the working language in Europe and the United States.
