工作职责:
1. 管理客户的广告账户,维护长期稳定的客户关系,并配合运营和商务团队持续提升广告业绩;
2. 独立解决客户遇到多数的技术/数据/对接等问题,并落实经验到产品迭代中,帮助产品和服务持续精进;
3. 提供定期的数据分析和反馈,提供有价值的数据洞察,协助团队推动关键OKR的完成;
4. 高效管理优质的广告库存,配合销售团队完成客户预算消耗的任务;
任职要求:
1. 两年以上数字化营销领域工作经验,需要对程序化广告有一定理解(DSP, SSP, RTB 等),有行业客户资源 或 有一定计算机知识背景的优先;
2. 熟悉APP开发者商业化变现逻辑,并具备一些海外常见广告平台使用经验优先(GAM, Mopub等),对于海外Saas商业模式有一定理解和经验的优先;
3. 具备出色的解决问题、数据分析和跨团队沟通的能力,态度积极主动,可以适应快速变化的市场环境;
4. 可以熟练使用英文作为工作语言。
Responsibilities:
1. Manage existing clients' accounts and drive for long-term and stable partnership, help operators/PM consistently optimize the Ads performance;
2. Work independently to address client issues in terms of technical issue/data/integration. Offer vital insights for product iteration, drive for consistent optimization for product and service;
3. Provide data analysis and feedback on regular basis, generate feasible advises and insights on either short-term or long-term platform operations, in order to push proactively within team to accomplish OKR goals;
4. Manage premium ad inventory in a highly organized and satisfactory manner, accomplish campaign delivery with high efficiency under cooperation with sales team.
Skills:
1. 2+ year of working experience in digital advertising area, necessary knowledge to Ad tech ecosystem is required (programmatic buying, DSP, SSP, RTB etc.), having own network in the industry and access to client resources, or having academic background in computer science is preferred;
2. Rich experience in Publisher Ads monetization plus basic knowledge to platform like GAM and Mopub is preferred, experience in oversea SaaS business model is a plus.
3. Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with skills to collaborate cross-functionally and quickly adapt to a fast-paced start-up environment. A proactive attitude and resilience is must.
4. Fluent in English (verbal/reading/written) is required.
