1、与学校,大学和其他学术机构一起制定和执行长期销售战略
2、与管理人员和教职员工建立关系
3、通过发现和管理新潜在客户来推动新销售
4、维护与现有客户的关系
5、与跨职能团队合作,跨部门建立牢固的关系
【岗位资格】
1、对教育,语言,旅行和文化体验的热情。
2、本科及以上学历。
3、有国际留学或工作经验者优先
4、学校、大学等学术机构的本地资源优先
5、至少3-5年的市场营销/ BD /渠道开发/销售经验
6、领导跨职能团队实施具有切实业务影响的计划的跟踪记录;
7、良好的沟通,解决问题和人际交往能力;
8、强大的商业头脑和商业直觉
9、母语为普通话,英语口语流利

Roles and Responsibility
·Develop and execute long term sales strategy with schools, universities and other academic institutions
·Forge relationships with administrators and faculty
·Drive new sales through prospecting and managing new leads
·Maintain relationships with existing customers
·Work with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships across departments
Qualification
·A passion about education, language, travel and culture experience.
·Bachelor degree or above.
·International study or working experience preferred
·Local resources in schools, universities and other academic institutions preferred
·Minimum 3-5 years’ marketing / BD / channel development / sales experience
·Track record of leading cross-functional teams to implement initiatives with tangible business impact;
·Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills;
·Strong business acumen and commercial instincts
·Native Mandarin speaker, Fluent in spoken English
