2.设计、开发、实施和管理组织范围内的OD项目,如组织设计、PPR流程和文化干预。(10%)
3.作为内部人员顾问,为特定职能提供量身定制的培训和发展计划。(10%)4. 设计和实现“核心能力模型”,推动对模型的准确理解,并促进在学习和发展干预中主动使用 (5%)促进基于评估的一对一人才反馈。(5%)。
【职位资格】
1、本科学历优先,人力资源或企业管理;
2、熟练的英语书写和口语能力;
3、至少5年以上学习、人才和组织发展方面的工作经验
4、具有有效的计划、组织、开发能力并实施全面的员工培训和发展计划。
5、有教学设计和培训项目实施经验,有人才开发或组织开发经验。
6、具有卓越执行力和强烈的成就导向
7、能力与各级管理层进行专业沟通
Responsibility:
1. Implement organization-wide
developmental programs. (70%)
a) YUMC leadership program
b) mini-MBA program
c) MM development program
d) Mentoring program
e) Designate programs for
different functions.
2. Design, develop,
implement, and manage organization-wide OD programs, such as organization design, PPR process and culture interventions. (10%)
3. Act as an internal
consultant to provide tailor-made training and development programs for certain functions. (10%)
4. Design and implement
“core competency models”, drive for accurate understanding of the model, and facilitate proactive usage in learning and development interventions (5%)
Facilitate
one-on-one talent feedback based on assessment. (5%)
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree, preferably
HR or business management; proficiency in both written and spoken English is a must; a minimum of 5 years working experience in Learning, talent and organization development function
• Ability to effectively plan, organize, develop and implement comprehensive employee training and development programs.
• Experience in instructional design and training program delivery
• Experience in talent development or organization development.
• An activator who drives for execution excellence and possesses strong achievement orientation
• Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of management
