作为培训经理,该职位将监督流动和课堂学习的需求、过程、内容、推广和效果。培训经理还将负责建立学习文化,设计和交付高质量的学习项目,以确保TD部门的业务成果。他或她是学习设计、交付、新的学习趋势和更广泛的学习解决方案领域的专家。此外,人需要有激情建立一个强大的学习品牌,并能够做出决定基于数据洞察。
【职位职责】
1、了解并分析组织培训需求,制定年度移动学习和课堂培训计划
2、根据要求开发、设计培训课程;促进和提供课堂和虚拟/混合培训课程,专注于管理和领导能力,以及专业技能
3、领导百胜移动学习平台,继续提升其品牌在组织内,并通过基于外部趋势/内部最佳实践的创新方法,推动学习效率
4、推广学习技能,并为其他功能和市场的学习系统建设提供支持
5、与培训专家一起领导持续优化工作,以提高运营效率和有效性与培训专家合作,利用移动学习、社会学习等,在组织内建立强大的学习文化
6、管理和发展内部培训师
7、主管经理安排的其他工作
【职位资格】
1、本科及以上学历,至少7年扎实的学习经验
2、对学习有强烈的热情,尤其热衷于移动、社交学习的新学习趋势
3、良好的人际关系和沟通能力
4、具有很强的项目设计和交付能力
5、强的分析、咨询和促进技能
6、优秀的学习能力
7、有较强的责任心和解决问题的能力
8、有网络学习和移动学习经验者优先
9、流利的中文和英语
Responsibilities:
·Understand, analyze and prioritize the needs of training for organization, and build annual plan for Mobile learning and classroom training
·Develop, design training courses based on requests; facilitate and deliver classroom and virtual/blended training courses, focusing on management & leadership, and professional skills
·Lead Yum Mobile Learning platform and continue to enhance its branding within the organization, and drive learning effectiveness via innovative methods based on external trends/internal best practices
·Champion learning know-how, and empower other functions’ and market’s learning system building
·Work with training specialists to lead continuous optimization efforts to improve operational efficiencies and effectiveness
·Work with training specialists to leverage mobile learning, social learning etc., to build a strong learning culture within the organization
·Manage and develop internal trainers
·Other duties as assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
·Bachelor degree or above with at least 7 years’ solid experience in learning
·Has a strong passion for learning, especially keen on new learning trends in mobile, social learning
·Good interpersonal and communication skill
·Strong expertise to design and deliver program
·Strong analytical, consulting and facilitation skills
·Good learning agility
·Strong sense of responsibility and problem solving ability
·Experience of e-learning & m-learning is a strong plus
·Fluency in Chinese and English
