岗位职责：

1、负责与巴西商家管理团队共同进行商家管理中的落地执行工作；

2、与海外本地商家管理团队保持密切沟通，有解决问题的能力；

3、与海外本地团队共同优化运营方案，提升运营效率；

4、日常观测运营数据，分析商家行为，确保商家满意度，保证运营效果。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历优先，留学经历优先，具备葡萄牙语听说读写能力；

2、熟练使用办公软件，1-3年商家管理经验，对商家管理和运营数据有良好的分析理解能力；

3、具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力，高度的敬业与合作精神；

4、工作细心，有条理，较强的创新、学习和执行能力；

5、对时尚/快时尚有热情，有认识，有想法。
