与出版社和内容生产者一起研究如何把纸质，cd的内容和最先进线上的技术，与人工智能，AR技术完美地结合来。
需要二次创作和加工，实现内容本土化落地，适应到不同地区的学校，老师，以及千万不同的学生。
教研专家还有一个责任。现在我们全国已经有20个市场推广公司，在北京有上百市场同事每天向数千的学校推广我们的产品。教研专家的责任就是把我们的教学系统让这些学校充快速高效地使用起来。对校长，老师提供师训，对学生提供比如：绘本故事，测评，双师，等等源源不断的学习内容。

工作经验：如果是毕业一年以内的没有要求，如果工作超过3年的，希望是在教育主流机构工作过，从事过一线教学，有扎实的教学功底，充分理解学生，并知道教育是什么。
如果做过教研，教材，学校管理等等就太好了，加分项目。
