岗位职责:
1、擅长雅思培训中听、说、读、写四项的教学
2、负责管理雅思的课程设置以及提升、课时及教学场地的安排体系的搭建
3、负责教师培训体系搭建工作
4、开展教研活动，带领教师不断改进教学技巧和方法，提高教学水平
5、负责教师团队的组建及教学管理体系的完善，制定并实施教学管理工作计划
6、负责教学评估、监督教学质量，进行听课、查看教案等，并对教学中出现的特殊情况进行追踪了解
7、负责教师资源管理，维护教师稳定
8、参与公司发展规划，把握教学发展方向

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，具备良好的学科专业功底，有2年以上教学管理工作经验者优先

5、熟悉教育培训行业，了解出国考试行业，熟悉主要竞争对手的情况
6、对教学法、教学实践及教师成长等问题有深刻理解和独到见解；熟悉互联网教育现状
7、英语教育及相关专业，英语专业8级，有留学背景者优先

Job responsibilities:
1. Be good at listening, speaking, reading and writing in IELTS training
2. Responsible for the management of IELTS curriculum and promotion, the arrangement of class hours and teaching venues, and the construction of the system
3. Be responsible for the construction of teacher training system
4. Carry out teaching and research activities, lead teachers to continuously improve teaching skills and methods and improve teaching level
5. Be responsible for the establishment of teacher team and the improvement of teaching management system, and formulate and implement teaching management work plan
6. Be responsible for teaching evaluation, supervising teaching quality, listening to lectures, checking teaching plans, etc., and tracking and understanding the special situations in teaching
7. Be responsible for teacher resource management and maintain teacher stability
8. Participate in the company's development planning and grasp the direction of teaching development
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with good professional knowledge, more than 2 years of teaching management experience is preferred
2. Serious and meticulous work, strong understanding and acceptance ability
3. Strong comprehensive management ability, with the management and monitoring ability of large-scale teaching team
4. High work enthusiasm and dedication, able to work under high pressure
5. Be familiar with the education and training industry, the overseas examination industry and the main competitors

7. English education and related majors, CET-8, overseas study background is preferred
