岗位职责：

1、结合公司教学计划制定班级教学计划，完成英语教学任务；

2、参与教学研究与创新以及教学专业培训，提高教学技能；

3、开展学生家长沟通，了解家长需求并及时处理，提高家长满意度；

4、开展教学活动推广工作，完成活动推广目标；

5、及时与家长联系，沟通学生情况，跟进学习进度。

任职要求：

1、本科学历；

2、英语6级以上,口语流利；

3、英语、教育类专业，有教学经验者优先录用；

4、强服务意识，喜欢与小孩子相处。

Job responsibilities:
1. Formulate class teaching plan and complete English teaching tasks in combination with the company's teaching plan;

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree;
2. CET-6 or above, fluent in oral English;
3. English and education majors, teaching experience is preferred;
4. Strong sense of service, like to get along with children.
