岗位职责：（只考虑具有图书经验的优秀人士，无图书经验勿扰）
1. 负责公司教辅图书产品的全流程策划工作，内容涉及图书、报刊、教育科技、文化、传媒等方向；
2. 对公司教辅图书进行整体策划研发，并带领团队对教辅图书项目编辑全流程执行，完成公司规定的出版任务和绩效考核；
3. 对教辅类图书版式装帧、内容定位有着较高的鉴赏要求和水准，综合保证教辅图书板块的品牌度、经济效益和社会效益；
4. 对部门重点图书品种积极制定策划推广方案思路，与市场营销部协调；关注发行情况，及时反馈总结。
任职要求：
1. 全日制大学本科以上学历，文笔要好，中文类或历史类专业背景佳；出版行业5年以上经验；
2. 思维灵活、耐心细致，有前卫意识，对图书行业市场和社会流行趋势有着敏锐的感受力和判断力，非常熟悉大众教辅图书市场；
3. 较强的团队带人管理经验，能高效带动部门团队完成出版效率目标，有较强图书项目操作能力，有丰富的作者资源、版权代理等出版资源；
4. 有畅销书运作经验，对教辅类图书选题把握精准，有较为成功的出版案例；
5. 具外语基础。

Job responsibilities: (only consider excellent people with book experience, do not disturb those without book experience)
1. Be responsible for the whole process planning of the company's teaching auxiliary book products, including books, newspapers, education, science and technology, culture, media and other directions;
2. Carry out the overall planning and research and development of the company's teaching auxiliary books, lead the team to implement the whole editing process of the teaching auxiliary books project, and complete the publishing tasks and performance appraisal specified by the company;
3. Have high appreciation requirements and standards for the layout, binding and content positioning of teaching auxiliary books, and comprehensively ensure the brand degree, economic and social benefits of teaching auxiliary books;
4. Actively formulate planning and promotion plan ideas for key book varieties of the Department, and coordinate with the marketing department; Pay attention to the issuance and give feedback and summary in time.
Job requirements:
1. Full time bachelor degree or above, good writing style, good professional background in Chinese or history; More than 5 years experience in publishing industry;
2. Flexible thinking, patient and meticulous, avant-garde consciousness, keen perception and judgment of the book industry market and social fashion trends, and very familiar with the public teaching assisted book market;
3. Strong team management experience, able to efficiently drive the Department team to complete the publishing efficiency goal, strong book project operation ability, rich author resources, copyright agency and other publishing resources;
4. Have best-selling book operation experience, accurately grasp the topic selection of teaching auxiliary books, and have relatively successful publishing cases;
5. Basic knowledge of foreign language.
