工作要求：

1. 【新媒体运营】运营管理公司自媒体矩阵官方账号，对微信公众号、知乎、微博、小红书、哔哩哔哩、抖音等平台的功能、内容特点及用户属性了解熟悉，需具备上述三个及以上平台的运营经验，有相关商务资源者优先；

2. 【内容策划】策划课程产品的宣传定位和创意推广方案，具备扎实的文案功底，优秀的市场敏感度和信息洞察力；

3. 【用户运营】通过市场推广渠道维护用户需求，有效挖掘潜在新用户提升付费转化率，具备基础的数据分析能力；

4. 【品牌推广】分析行业市场动态和竞对信息，制定整体营销策略提升品牌声誉；

基本要求：

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，市场营销、新闻传播、中文及英语等相关专业优先；

2. 两年及以上市场推广或新媒体运营经验，有教育行业相关工作经历者优先；

3. 需具备自考雅思经验，对雅思考试内容及流程熟悉

4. 工作态度积极，认真踏实负责，自驱力强

Job requirements:
1. [new media operation] the official account number of the operation management company's we media matrix, who is familiar with the functions, content features and user attributes of wechat official account, Zhihu, Weibo, xiaohongshu, BiliBili, Tiktok and other platforms. They need to have the operation experience of the above three or more platforms, and relevant business resources are preferred;
2. [content planning] plan the publicity positioning and creative promotion scheme of course products, with solid copywriting skills, excellent market sensitivity and information insight;
3. [user operation] maintain user needs through marketing channels, effectively tap potential new users, improve payment conversion rate, and have basic data analysis ability;

Basic requirements:
1. Full time bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, news communication, Chinese and English is preferred;
2. At least two years of marketing or new media operation experience, working experience in education industry is preferred;
3. Have IELTS experience and be familiar with IELTS content and process
4. Positive working attitude, serious, down-to-earth and responsible, strong self drive
