美国想象力英语招聘运营培训师（15-50万/年）
岗位职责：
1、负责合作学校及代理商的市场支持服务工作，包括但不限于培训一线老师或培训师训师、课程体系宣讲、合作学校及代理做产品的落地运营指导；
2、负责协助合作学校及代理商做市场资源的调查、分析，市场宣传活动组织和策划方案执行。
任职资格：
1、3年以上培训工作经验，有英文教学经验的优先，最好有做过市场及校区运营的经验；
2、较强的宣讲能力、沟通能力、执行能力，组织协调能力，策划能力；
3、良好的抗压能力，良好的团队合作精神；
4、能吃苦，适应出差。

Job responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the market support services of cooperative schools and agents, including but not limited to the training of front-line teachers or trainers, the publicity of curriculum system, and the landing operation guidance of cooperative schools and agents;
2. Be responsible for assisting cooperative schools and agents in the investigation and analysis of market resources, the organization and planning of market publicity activities and the implementation of the plan.
Qualifications:
1. More than 3 years of training experience, English teaching experience is preferred, preferably experience in marketing and campus operation;
2. Strong propaganda ability, communication ability, execution ability, organization and coordination ability and planning ability;
3. Good pressure resistance, good team spirit;
4. Able to endure hardships and adapt to business trips.
