教师培训师（英语、数学、科学）|社会招聘
岗位职责：
1、按照各服务中心培训需求开发课程并完成师资培训授课任务；
2、准备、组织师资培训前、中、后期会务工作；
3、参加教研活动，撰写相应的教学文档；
4、整理参训学员各类资料并制作文档，及时报送各类教学资料；
5、组织师资培训期间其他活动（开学典礼、结业典礼、合照、PK赛等）顺利开展；
6、组织师资培训测评工作；
7、协助各地服务中心完成教师入职口语测试；
8、完成上级交办的和同事要求协办的其他工作；（优秀应届生可解决户口）
任职资格：
1、正规院校本科及以上学历，有1年培训工作经验者优先；
2、专业为英语或理工科、教育学、心理学者优先；
3、有较丰富的少儿英语、数学或者科学课程教学经验者优先考虑；
4、授课方式生动，有较强的应变能力及课堂掌控能力；
5、 熟练使用自动化办公软件，熟练使用PPT等软件制作多媒体课件，具备基本的网络知识；
6、具有良好的团队合作与沟通能力；
7、能够接受并适应出差工作。

Job responsibilities:
1. Develop courses and complete teacher training and teaching tasks according to the training needs of each service center;
2. Prepare and organize the meeting affairs before, during and after teacher training;
3. Participate in teaching and research activities and write corresponding teaching documents;
4. Sort out all kinds of materials of trainees and make documents, and submit all kinds of teaching materials in time;
5. Organize other activities (opening ceremony, graduation ceremony, group photo, PK competition, etc.) during teacher training;
6. Organize teacher training and evaluation;
7. Assist local service centers to complete the oral test of teachers;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors and required by colleagues; (outstanding fresh students can solve the registered permanent residence)
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above from a regular college, 1 year training experience is preferred;
2. Major in English or science and engineering, pedagogy, psychology is preferred;
3. Rich teaching experience in children's English, mathematics or science is preferred;
4. Vivid teaching methods, strong adaptability and classroom control ability;
5. Skilled in using automated office software, skilled in using PPT and other software to make multimedia courseware, with basic network knowledge;
6. Good teamwork and communication skills;
7. Able to accept and adapt to business travel.
