岗位职责：
1.负责翻译培训业务的日常运营和管理；
2.负责翻译培训项目的市场推广、客户开发、招生工作；
3.负责业务团队的组建、管理，以及教师的管理和服务。
任职资格：
1.本科学历，英语、法律、医药、企业管理、国际贸易等专业；
2.专业英语八级或大学英语-6级；
3.熟练掌握英语培训工作流程和培训行业管理知识；
4.条理清晰，中文文字基础扎实，具有2年以上经验者优先。

Job responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the daily operation and management of translation training business;
2. Be responsible for the marketing, customer development and enrollment of translation training projects;

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree, major in English, law, medicine, enterprise management, international trade, etc;
2. CET-8 or CET-6;
3. Proficient in English training workflow and training industry management knowledge;
4. Clear organization, solid foundation of Chinese characters, with more than 2 years of experience is preferred.
