职位描述:

1. 严格按照公司及项目规定的工作标准及服务流程，为客户提供留学咨询服务；

2. 根据客户需求，向客户介绍公司的服务特色和优势；

3. 了解客户申请留学所需要的相关背景情况，为客户设计切实可行的留学方案；

4. 积极跟进潜在客户，促进签约业绩；

5. 参与项目内部的培训，不断学习和更新业务知识；

6. 按公司安排，积极参与项目推广和公司营销活动。

任职要求：

1. 大学本科以上，良好的英文阅读能力，有海外留学经历优先考虑；

2. 极强的学习能力、沟通能力、销售能力及客户服务意识；

3. 能准确把握客户心理，能应对复杂的问题环境；

4. 能适应高强度的工作压力和加班；

5. 有教育行业招生相关工作经验优先考虑。

6. 有TOEFL、GRE考试成绩，或海外名校申请经验者优先考虑。

Job description:
1. provide overseas study consulting services for our customers strictly according to the company's and project's working standards and service procedures;
2. introduce the company's service features and advantages to the customers according to their needs;
3. learn about the relevant background of the customer who needs to apply for studying abroad, and design a feasible plan for the customer;
4. actively follow up with potential customers and promote the signing performance;
5. participate in the internal training of the project, and constantly learn and update business knowledge;
6. according to the company's arrangement, actively participate in the project promotion and company's marketing activities.
Job requirements:
1. university degree or above, good English reading ability, overseas study experience is preferred;
2. strong learning ability, communication ability, sales ability and customer service awareness;
3. be able to accurately grasp the customer's mentality and deal with complicated problems;
4. be able to adapt to high intensity work pressure and overtime work;
5. those with relevant recruitment experience in the education industry will be given priority.
6. those who have TOEFL, GRE scores or applied for studying in famous overseas universities are preferred.
