留学规划师The planner（英语口语流利者优先）
岗位职责：
1、负责接待客户，回答客户提出的问题，为客户提供留学业务咨询服务；
2、负责收集和保留客户的信息，维护客户关系；
3、负责为客户留学个性方案的设计；
4、负责指导客户完成学校申请材料和公证等相关工作；
5、负责为客户签证提供专业性工作指导；
6、负责收取和检查客户申请资料，与客户签订留学合同；
7、负责客户签证文件的准备与指导，跟踪客户申请进程和其他相关后续服务。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，英语或经济等相关专业，有移民或留学行业工作经验者优先；
2、熟悉留学和移民等相关的法律法规及行业规律，熟悉各国的留学政策；
3、能熟练使用计算机各种相关的办公软件；
4、具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，有较强的服务意识；
5、有优秀的英语听说读写能力，英语口语流利者优先；
6、性格活泼开朗，工作积极主动，能够承担一定的工作压力；
7、英语熟练，能用英语作为书面工作语言，可用英语进行基本对话。

Post responsibilities:

Job requirements:
1、 University degree or above, major in English or economy, and working experience in emigration or overseas is preferred;
2、 She was familiar with the laws, laws and industry rules related to studying abroad and emigration, and was familiar with the studying abroad policy of every country;
3、 She could skillfully use all kinds of computer related office software;
4、 She had a good communication ability, a good team spirit and a strong sense of service;
5、 Excellent English listening, reading and writing, and fluent English is preferred;
6、 She was lively and cheerful, active in work, and could bear a certain amount of work pressure;
7、 She was good at English and could speak English as her working language.
