留学顾问助理assistant（英专8级或海外考试成绩优秀者）
职位描述：
1. 协助高级留学顾问对客户背景进行分析并根据客户需求设计切实可行的留学方案；
2. 协助高级留学顾问引导客户进行专业定位、选校组合优化；
3. 协助高级留学顾问为客户制定留学申请规划、背景提升方案及时间安排；
4. 协助高级留学顾问为客户进行个性化文书创作、申请程序标准化；
5. 协助高级留学顾问指导客户进行面试及签证培训；
6. 在高级留学顾问指导下研究海外名校及专业特点、申请趋势及就业情况，完成专业研究报告、选校数据库、录取数据库的更新；
7. 在高级顾问指导下撰写并发表研究性专业文章；
8. 参与部门内部培训，不断学习和更新专业申请知识。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，国内外名校毕业者优先考虑，有海外学习、工作及留学咨询行业工作经验者优先；
2. 英语优秀，良好的听说读写能力，通过英语专业8级者优先考虑，海外考试成绩优秀者优先考虑；
3. 做事认真、踏实、细心；态度积极向上，心态稳重；
4. 具备良好的沟通能力，善于思考，具有较强的洞察力、应变能力和亲和力；
5. 具备良好的团队协作精神，能够承担工作压力，有较强的敬业精神，能吃苦耐劳。

Job description:
1. assist the senior consultant to analyze the background of the client and design a feasible study abroad plan according to the client's needs;
2. assist the senior consultant to guide the clients to locate their major and choose a better school;
3. to assist the senior consultant in making the studying abroad application plan, background improvement plan and time arrangement for the clients;
4. assist the senior consultant to design and apply for individual certificates for customers;
5. assist the senior student studying consultant to guide the customers to have an interview and visa training;
6. to study the characteristics, application tendency and employment situation of famous overseas universities under the guidance of the senior student consultant, and complete the update of major research reports, selection data and recruitment data;
7. write and post a professional research article under the guidance of the senior consultant;
8. participate in the internal training of the Department, and constantly learn and update the professional application knowledge.
Job requirements:
1. bachelor's degree or above. Graduates from famous universities at home and abroad are preferred. Those who have overseas study, work and study abroad consulting industry experience are preferred;
2. excellent English, good listening, reading and writing ability. Those who pass English major level 8 will be given priority, and those who have excellent scores in overseas exam will be given priority;
