1、围绕公司的新战略,深入学习各业务模块,持续推动打造与新战略匹配的新运营模式;
2、直接负责和推动支撑公司战略的重大项目,开发并实施创新行动方案;
3、参与并推动公司的组织与流程变革。
职位要求:
1、2020或2021届硕士生,理工科专业优先;
2、英语六级及以上;
3、具备良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作意识;
4、具备主动学习的能力及创新意识;
5、在校期间对某一领域有过深入的研究且取得了一定成果(学术领域内不限)。

Essential responsibilities:
1.Focus on the new strategy of the company to promote and create new operation models continuously, through plunging into learning each business module.
2.To be in charge of and promote key projects supporting company strategies, develop and implement innovative action plans.
3.Participate and promote company organization and process changes.
Qualifications/requirements:
1.Master degree of 2020 or 2021, science and engineering background preferred.
2.Ability to communicate using, CET-6 or above.
3.Quite good communication and cooperation abilities and teamwork spirit.
4.Self-starter, have the initiative to learn and have innovative ideas.
5.Have certain in-depth research in a certain field and made certain results ( in any field).
