职责：
1.分析和评估各部门的政策动向；
2.总结并翻译政策相关的中英文文章；
3.政策分析草案。
知识和技能：
1.积极性、灵活性和主动性；
2.取得学士或硕士学位；
3.注重细节，沟通清晰；
4.能够按照既定计划完成工作；
5.有较强的中国研究背景者优先；
6.母语水平的汉语；
7.专业标准英语（最低分数见下文）；
8.能够用中文在线搜索。
最低英语语言要求：
托福写作25分，总分105分以上；雅思写作7.0分，总分7.5分+
请注意：最初的实习生职位是无偿的。成功的实习生可以获得兼职或全职分析师职位。
Job Description

1. analyse and assess policy movement across sectors;
2. summarise and translate policy-relevant articles from Chinese to English;
3. draft policy analysis.
Skills & Experience
knowledge and skills:
1. enthusiasm, flexibility and ability to take initiative;
2. outstanding academic achievement at BA or MA level;
3. eye for detail and clear communicator;
4. ability to produce work to a set schedule;
5. strong China studies background an advantage;
6. native-level Chinese;
7. professional standard English (see below for minimum scores);
8. ability to search online in Chinese.
